      Pros

      Everyone at Nextiva seems super busy and driven, but still somehow quite chilled out. It was a really nice vibe to be working in. Lots of little perks; free food, some cool team building things, it was fun. quite different to other places I'd worked in.

      Cons

      I took a pay cut to come to Nextiva, as I heard it was growing and I wanted to expand my experience base.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work in many companies, but working for Nextiva is a the best experience of my life. Learned skills like: - Management skills - Communication Skills - Passions to handle situations - fast paced work place - Team and individual task learning Everyone at Nextiva needs to be happy in my opinion. The people I work with are all fantastic and always willing to help you out when you are not sure how to do something. I learned a lot about the telecommunications industry. My team is like having an extending family working together on a project.
