      Really progressive and forward thinking management

      Pros

      I really like my manager and I think that the business is very progressive compared to others I have worked for. They really look after their people and want the best for them. This was particularly apparent as the COVID situation unfolded, they provided lots of information, support and there was lots of communication. This made me feel safe and reduced stress levels.

      Cons

      A true meritocracy! They’re not interested in how long you’ve been with the company so it’s good to show your strengths from day one and not get pigeon-holed.

      Pros

      I understand how my job contributes to the business. It’s extremely motivating and makes me excited to go to work every day.

      Cons

      There’s always a lot going on and not much down time. It’s difficult to work out when to take vacation and hard to be out of the office. If you’re gone for a week it feels like it’s hard to catch up.

      Pros

      I chose to work at Nextiva mostly for the culture - I'd heard it had a good environment to work, and after my last workplace, I really wanted somewhere that was culture driven. It totally held up to what I had heard. I found them to be really good at setting clear targets and goals, so you knew what was required of you. They also gave us authority to make decisions, so it didn't feel like we were constantly being micro managed.

      Cons

      their product suite is good for what it is, but it isn't the most exciting, groundbreaking technology up for it. I felt like they are aware of this, which is why they put so much emphasis on other things around the office to make it a great place to work
