Nextiva has always been a great place to work and put a lot of time and money into the employee experience, but one of the biggest draws has been the potential the company has shown for years now. I believe we are just now turning the corner and seeing all of that potential come to fruition. With the rollout of new products and processes, as well as the introduction of great outside leaders that are embracing the company culture, you can see and feel an exciting chapter begin. A couple of the significant improvements: -A very clear vision and strategy from upper management. There has been more transparency and communication that there has been in the past, which has very empowering and exciting. -A terrific new comp plan that is very achievable, has growth potential, and excellent multipliers. -The release of a game changing product suite that allows us a huge differentiator from the rest of the market. This is all in addition to the amazing support, employee benefits and perks, and fun atmosphere that has always been present.

People. People. People. That sounds like such a generic response, but there are insanely talented & motivated people working here. My team is the best and I look forward to coming in to work every day. Some of the other pros: - Free breakfast, free lunches, free ice cream. Trying not to gain weight but we'll see. - Clean, fully stocked break room and game areas - Friendly staff, especially the morning security guard! - Community outreach & health/wellness initiatives paid for by the company (like the Pat's run) - CEO understands the importance of employee culture & is committed to growing that side of the organization
