Pros

Big step up in pay for me and great job perks too like free coffee, food, social events etc. Lots of team time and always interesting work going on. I’m really happy I made the move.

Cons

I don’t have any. They provide great benefits and created an environment for employee excellency.

Pros

As a working mom it’s important to me to work for a business that values balance so I can pursue my career and have a life outside of that. I can do that at Nextiva.

Cons

You can sometimes get pulled into solving someone else's problem and it does derail the day. It’s hard to know what needs to happen first and what can wait.

Pros

As a salesman it is great to be working for a company that has such strong growth. Also it really makes my job easier when the tools are so much better than a lot of the competition. I feel like I’m having good success, and its early days too I’ve only been here 6 months.

Cons

I don’t really see it as a con but everything is performance related. That’s great when you’re good, and work hard but if there are “dry spells” that’s going to be a problem. I haven’t had that issue yet but I am aware of it and working hard to avoid!
