      -Totally awful job organisation -No salary increase since 2021 -Be ready to be pushed around to do other people's job -constant lay offs, you'll know about it very last moment

      Let’s be realistic: conducting layoffs three times a year over multiple years is a significant red flag. Yet, despite these recurring issues, the leadership team remained unchanged. That inconsistency raises serious questions about what’s actually happening behind the scenes. The public image and reviews suggest stability and growth, but they don’t align with the internal reality being experienced creating a disconnect between promises and outcomes.
