Layoffs and Product Recycling

Pros

Many good, well intentioned, smart people.

Cons

Layoffs multiple times a year. Hard to believe anyone is even left there. In every department. Was told we were "safe" and then laid off within a month. Recycling the same product that hasnt worked. Slow product adjustments. Dev doesn't seem to be in synch with people who would use the product.

Pros

- Typical stocked up fridges/snacks to keep you trapped - Mid pay compared to industry

Cons

- Tons of churn/layoffs in every department, but especially sales - would not be surprised if Nextiva went bankrupt in less than 2-3 years - Product is so bad and impossible to defend when speaking to customers or potential customers - Try to hint on culture and talk about a team like or “family environment” but it’s nothing family like, typical fake corporate jargon - promise promotions but they take forever, top talent ends up leaving for something better because Nextiva doesn’t know how to keep good employees, hence why they leave so often - CEO can’t even speak proper English and outsources hires out of the U.S. for cheap labor, and then customers hate it - certain reps get better territory and suck up to management for better deals

Pros

I’ve been with Nextiva for nearly five years, and there’s truly no place I’d rather be. I love working alongside such an amazing team and embracing the constant challenge of change as we continue to evolve for the better. I also really enjoy partnering with our Small Business Clients and helping them achieve their goals.
