      Pros

      I’ve found that my confidence and skills are being really developed here at Nextiva. I’ve got some great projects and an awesome team around me. While the goals are aggressive I’m confident we can achieve them and it’s really motivating to me to work that way.

      Cons

      Formal feedback processes would be good. I like to know where I stand at any given time and need to feel that progress is happening. I would like something more than just a casual check in and “good job.” I would be good to move toward more formal HR processes for performance reviews.

      Pros

      Nextiva has helped me through some very hard times. They value good employees and their drive. When agents have ideas that they feel would benefit the team or even themselves, management listens. They work diligently to see that these aspirations come to fruition. I plan to spend the rest of my working career with Nextiva because of the culture and values they have shared with me. There is no other company I have worked with that has given such attentive care to their agents. Hours are great, and the weekly perks are even better. Some companies try to placate you with fancy incentives, but Nextiva also gives you the opportunity to give back. They host fundraisers and events that allow us to support a multitude of diseases, disorders, cancers, and even children & families that just need a little extra help. I've never been so proud to be a part of a community like Nextiva; because there just isn't one.

      Cons

      With all of the advancements and hiring, some team members have moved to other departments and I am grateful for all this growth. Sometimes it's nice to have coworkers you can call friends, though it's akin to highschool. Sometimes you can't help but feel a little sad you're no longer taking the same classes. Thankfully you still get lunch and breaks to spend time with your valued co-workers.

      Pros

      I really feel like I’m part of a team here. It’s a good feeling to know I can ask for help and always have people alongside me when there are challenges. At my old company I worked alone a lot and it wasn’t a happy environment. I know I work better and harder when it’s within a team.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any cons. I like working here and it’s a good fit for me.
