      Pros

      They really lead from the top so there is a good strong culture that’s authentic all the way through the organization. I really like it and I think it’s super important when things are so uncertain. When we first heard about the shutdown from COVID the Nextiva leadership did a great job of clearly communicating what was going to happen in terms of our work. It was very reassuring.

      None! Team members are willing to collaborate and share what information or learning they have with me.

      Great, challenging, rewarding

      Pros

      Great leaders who lead by example. Never have I seen a company besides Nextiva where the CTO and VPs of technology jump in on production issues to give valuable feedback and also help with remediation steps. Nextiva uses so many different technologies that you get a plethora of experience and if you like to learn like me than this is a great pro to have your hands in so many parts of tech. Managers are helpful, easy to talk to. The work place environment is very relaxed but still very productive. People dont care if you wear a tshirt and shorts to work, they just care that you get the job done
