      Pros

      Free food Mondays/Fridays sometimes more than that. Everyone is helpful when you need the help, and everyone wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a bit difficult, it's really important to concentrate on the work at hand

      I love my team

      Pros

      Great leadership in sales both old leadership and new. We’re growing really fast and our team is talented and I’m happy to be a part of that. Great teamwork exists and our training program is one of the best I’ve seen. I came out of the bullpen with everything I needed to know and then some. We have floor meeting every Monday and I’m coached regularly, something that was missing at my last job.

      Cons

      Non that I can think of at the moment. Every company has hiccups here and there but Nextiva has few if any.

      Pros

      Really glad to be working for Nextiva at the moment. It’s nice to have job security and know you’re working in a field that is growing in demand. I have lots of work and can do it from home so it’s really ideal in the current climate.

      Cons

      We didn’t get a break due to COVID, things just got busier
