It’s good to finally be working in an environment where I feel fairly compensated and my next steps are clear. I work well when I know what is expected of me and there are little barriers to this at Nextiva. I feel like I am set up well for success and they want to help you get there.

Everyone is really happy and positive, I’ve just started and I am surprised by how little negativity there is in the environment. It’s refreshing compared to my previous company where people were always complaining and focused on the downside. The team leaders are also very strong in their roles, they provide direction and guidance which is really helpful as a new employee. I’m excited about the future here.
