I loved working at Nextiva. They provided me the tools, resources, support, and environment to be successful. I loved the people I worked with as well as management. They really strive to make it a great place to work. I enjoyed all aspects of working with the organization. I felt they provided me with the opportunity to make an impact and really grow within the company. It was a terrific experience being with Nextiva.

Cons

The people Nextiva brings onboard are awesome and because there are so many of them I wish I could have met them all!

Engaged, open-minded, and thoughtful leadership. Great focus on satisfying customers, and a core tenant of caring.

Cons

For those who have not previously worked at a high growth company, its a fast ride and the hours are long, but for me that's to be expected.

The culture and the people are AMAZING. First day at the office everyone was so welcoming. The CEO and Executive team truly care for every employee, quite refreshing to see leadership actually care. Company provided perks and activities make the time in the office enjoyable.
