Nextiva is an extremely fast paced company with meaningful work and high impact in any role. The environment is great for those who like to solve problems and build; it's impossible to get bored! Teams at Nextiva are very connected and collaborative resulting in a great culture. Flexible working arrangements are ideal and the Scottsdale office is beautiful.

Cons

The environment is extremely fast paced, and there can be a lot of change. For those who don't thrive in that type of environment it can be extremely challenging.
