Pros

Great culture where someone motivated to grown can make it happen. Leadership is accessible and truly care about the people. The people I work with everyday are of highest caliber and make the day to day fun and engaging.

Cons

No real cons. Everyone is expected to contribute and help move the needle which is appreciated.

Pros

Nextiva has provided countless opportunities for my team and me to make an impact in the business. All of our work is purposeful to the point that we find it very easy to say 'no' to things that do not move the needle. This speaks so well to a team that not only enables each other, but trusts the contributions of individuals without micro-managing. As someone who has been here a while, I personally find a significant amount of pride in the work I've done and greatly appreciate the autonomy I've had to achieve it.

Cons

It can be challenging here for team members who need to be told what to do in order to get work done. Admittedly, the culture favors self-starters and those who lean towards proactive mindsets, versus individuals who need a more traditional, corporate structure. Nextiva is definitely not a corporate environment.

If you are a creative thinker and want to have an immediate impact on a company regardless of job level then Nextiva is the place for you. Senior Management is dynamic and entrepeneurial and welcomes input from anyone who cares to contribute. There is a tremendous opportunity for anyone to grow their careers

Cons

Nextiva is a fast paced, growth oriented SaaS company. It might not be the ideal environment for those that prefer a slower paced and more predictable environment
