Great leadership Great expectations/scope of work Awesome resources for this department Leadership that wants you to learn/better yourself in your career and not just at Nextiva There are times where tasks here have been extremely challenging and you are dealing with a fire that you did not set. The pro here is that the management is extremely understanding and supports you as long as you are honest and you keep them in the loop of the situation.

Cons

Where Nextiva’s downfall will be is a lack of understanding between departments (that work closely together) on what they do and how they do it.
