Pros

One of the best things about working at Nextiva is that I was given a responsibility and a role. I was an individual that felt important and needed, because I was part of a team that needed me. I was expected to accomplish my assignments to the highest degree and thoroughly. No two days were ever alike; my role continued to grow as I continued to learn, experience and work with the new areas of the business, and most importantly I had a lot of fun. The culture here at Nextiva is unbelievable. Everyone here is happy, smiling and looking to help one another out. The management at Nextiva is warm and welcoming. I am able to go and talk to my superiors with ease knowing they want the best out of me.

Cons

Arizona summers are brutally hot and unbearable. Not enough parking spots in the lot. Meetings usually take longer than expected.

The company is super open to employee suggestions and they make every attempt to make the workplace as enjoyable as possible. Hard work and talent are noticed and taken seriously. Coworkers are great and management is top notch. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Fast paced adjustments and changes, but that is what is required to become an innovator and leader in the industry.
