You can't find a more well-regarded company that actually deserves the hype it gets.

Cons

We're becoming a large company. I don't see any issues at this point and time.

Pros

Great company to work for, they really care about their employees. From my time there, they make your working day very enjoyable from talking with co workers and the daily operations. The training for the employees is amazing and the supervisor take the time to teach and train everyone.

Cons

the working day sometimes get extremely busy and customer can be rude and angry at times.

Pros

Very laid back. People are not jerks.

Cons

They try to pay you with food, i.e. bagels on Mondays, lunch on Fridays, and ice cream every other Wednesday. But I'd rather they keep that and pay more. I was hired as an Account Executive at $27,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Well I just read on another job site that account executives at Nextiva make $60,000-$120,000 salary, Account Managers make $35,000-$50,000 salary, and the ones making $27,000 salary are called "Inside Sales Reps." I never got caught up on the base; being a salesperson, it's all about the commission and I was told this was a great company to sell for, that its mostly inbound, barely hitting quota meant $3k in commissions, so I thought I could deal with that. Wrong! 2 or 3 salespeople regularly hit that quota and you gotta make hundreds of OUTbound calls to some beat-to-death leads that have just been killed to death. The iciest cold of cold leads.
