Incredible Place to Work

Pros

Nextiva has the best leadership, culture, compensation, and growth opportunities of any tech company I've worked at. Period. Massive sense of camaraderie and great team atmosphere, fostered by upper management - who lead by example. Executive team is seasoned and fully bought-in to the company and it shows. Added benefit - Nextiva is privately held, which provides room to innovate and think with long-term vision in mind. Company also allows for flexible work schedules and encourages remote work, which is a plus.

Cons

Company has outgrown its current office (plans to move offices in 2020). Can be tough to secure rooms for meetings, etc. But ultimately a good (and fixable) problem to have.

Pros

I was hired last month and my first day was February 5th. So this is early in my time at Nextiva but I like what I'm experiencing so far. I found out about Nextiva because the company I was working at used Nextiva and I started hearing about them more in town and saw they were hiring for sales. The interview process from beginning to end took me 3 weeks. The first day we had a new hire orientation that was ok and I didn't feel like it was great for telling me about what my day to day would look like and I still had questions. But in the past month training has been helpful.

Cons

The day 1 orientation should have more info on specifically what my job entails and help prepare me for the questions I will be getting from customers. The training after that was better and more informative. Day 1 was weak.
