Pros

Huge passion for customers and amazing service. Feels like I work with a big group of my friends, they're not just my coworkers. There's a good opportunity for growth. Things move quickly and I notice how the company is evolving. Shirts, food, out of the office programs.

Cons

Work hours can be longer than expected at times. I've talked to rude customers at times. Usually people are very nice and fun to speak with, but there are times where we all can get a call from someone that is rude.

Pros

1. Excellent opportunities to grow not just as an engineer but also to take up leadership responsibilities early on. 2. Exposure to the latest technologies keeps your skillset sharp and relevant. 3. Flexible work timings and a hybrid work culture provide a good level of autonomy. 4. Supportive colleagues and managers create a collaborative and positive work environment. 5. The company often considers individual ideas, especially when they can benefit product development.

Cons

1. Linear career growth — individual performance and dedication are not always reflected in growth opportunities. 2. While work-life balance is good in theory, it can frequently be disrupted by unrealistic deadlines and overcommitment. 3. Minimal team-building activities, which can impact team bonding and culture. 4. No additional perks or bonuses apart from the salary, which may affect long-term retention and motivation.
