Pros

-Food -The people is nice - Not all the customer are angry -The new office is nice -The have water and nice coffee

Cons

-They have debatable solutions techniques and updates that they don't tell you. -The filter for positions seems to be affected by other people opinions. -My job has been increasing and just that not the cash. -Bad or unrealistic feedbacks that really affects your future that they don't share with you. -If the manager says so he will sent you to home office when you are already in the office but wont offer it if you want it. - They do not know what to do with bad feed back. -I am afraid they know who I am because they treat you deferent. It is weird but is better than other places. -They speck with you when they notice a bad thing or something you are saying but it just affect your image, don't trust them.

The HR team is incredibly supportive, providing a seamless and well-organized onboarding process that made me feel welcomed from day one. My manager has been equally supportive, guiding and staying connected with the team every step of the way, which enhances the overall work experience. This level of support and communication creates a strong sense of belonging. Overall, Nextiva has done a great job of creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Highly recommend!

Pros

- competitive salary - health benefits - at some point, there were a lot of growth opportunities (not at the moment) - willing to teach. The company gives opportunities to newcomers to try themselves even if you might be lacking knowledge at first. The knowledge base you receive is amazing - commitment towards UA employees and overall support

Cons

- upper management - lack of attention to employees' mental health - management tends to assign unrelated tasks to you to cover some holes because support is understaffed - unpredictable shift switches
