Very chill job but not much growth to be had

Pros

- Very laid back atmosphere - Easy to take off as much time as you want - Extremely relaxed management

Cons

- Not too much room for growth or learning - Layoffs at will - Often false promises, such as a team builder that just never happened or the expansion of team roles which ended up in layoffs instead - Pay is okay but not that great - The job position isn't really needed at the company just a white glove package add on. - Seems the company doesn't know where it is going in the future, lots of senior management jumping ship without notice. Kind of on your own in this particular position.
