      Friendly team that will always help you to find solution and keep up the good result in your work. It is a company where you can really learn a lot of things about industry and technical things. If you are willing of course, if you dare to ask questions and be communicative

      Night shifts for support reps might be very exhausting

      Lots of learning opportunities

      Pros

      I really enjoy having challenging work. I came to Nextiva for the growth opportunities and they have delivered. This business grew fast and lots of things were done to get things working quickly. My job is to help with this issue and I have so much to do, it’s really engaging work and I feel appreciated for my efforts.

      Cons

      Nothing negative. The leadership cares about each and every employee and that seems rare, especially for a large company.
