Pros

The onboarding process was really straightforward, well planned and easy. I work as a software developer at Nextiva, and felt like I was ramped up and able to add value very quickly. I was surprised at how quickly I was being utilized to actually work, not just learn the ropes. Compared to other companies I have worked at; this was very impressive. I have found that the team works well together, there are no bad attitudes or big heads, and everyone just pulls together to get the work done.

Cons

As yet, haven't seen any. It's a pretty frantic pace which may not be for everyone, but as long you are good at balancing priorities you won't have any problems.

I have one review...Once you get in, never leave. Great company. The culture is great and things are advancing all the time not like others in Kiev. Lots of opportunities to grow with this company. Great future!

Cons

Hard not to feel comfortable around everyone I met here. Unbelievably fun to work here, I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 year here.
