      - Culture - Pay - Great Managers who are fair and actually "get it" - Company is doing well and headed in a great direction - Videos - Team Events

      Be Careful...Nextiva kooks great in photos.

      Pros

      Generally supportive management, but they seem to have tunnel vision when dealing with employees and do not execute traditional investigations of people they are "watching".

      Cons

      Very few people make the money they thought they would. I was let go for calling the same numbers more than once a day and on more than one day...but was TOLD to do that because when leads are not coming in we "fish" from existing uncontested leads. I was also told they knew I was looking for a job. That was straight up untrue.

      Pros

      Everything is based in the main office. Lots of kind and great people work there. Product is way ahead of the bigger telecom companies. Customer service is a strong selling point. Leads come in warm, more than my previous job or current job. Company is on a good path. Training when I joined was thorough and helped me learn about the products.

      Cons

      Having left a company to join Nextiva, I was happy to see they lived up to my expectations. I left the company to move out of state with my wife's family but my short time there was great. I heard space is running thin but I heard there is an office expansion going on for the sales dept.
