      It was a great work environment. Large company that helped me grow.

      Cons

      The pay in the beginning wasn't that great. So the first few months of training were a little tough.

      Pros

      I feel like I'm surrounded by the best of the best. There are some people that come and go with odd personalities, but the majority of the company is amazing. Everything moves fast here and it feels like the day is always short. Drama and bs don't happen often and I like that. Having worked at Zenefits for a few months before joining Nextiva, Nextiva has its act together. It's a fast growing company that doesn't feel like a big company or hype from a marketing dept that is hallow. I hope that Nextiva continues to feel small. So from what I've seen and experienced thus far, there is space to grow and move up. I should also add that the programs and things going on are lots of fun and show that the company really cares. I liked the picnic, Halloween event, breast cancer support, and the Friday show. Keep it up.

      Cons

      My commute takes 30 minutes or more in the morning. The 101 is a mess. Space in the office is limited but I know it's temporary. Having worked at Zenefits it's hard for me to say negative things about a company like this.
