Pros

Great culture and secondary benefits for individual employees. High sense of camaraderie with a very tight-knit familial structure.

Cons

Employees are grossly underpaid and under-appreciated. The upper management (CEO, owner, VP, etc.) goes out of their way to make it a great place to work, but are disconnected from the fact that the middle management seemingly cares nothing for its employees and sees them as extremely expendable commodities. The attempt to gloss over these issues by pushing the truly amazing culture that is present at Nextiva is admirable, but falls far short of actual improvement.

Pros

Good work environment with lots of talented people.

Cons

Not really a "con", At this time I have no cons , everything went a lot easier than I thought, interview wise.

Pros

Started w Nextiva in the Spring as an AE. You can do very well there, if you put in the work. I did and enjoyed some success. Call center type atmosphere and the VoIP sector was interesting to learn about. Quota was small. Managers were alright. Customer service is where we excelled.

Cons

A lot of dials; which for me, wasn't interesting. I didn't get me excited; I thought it would coming from outside sales, but it just didn't enthuse me at all. They are moving fast to high a lot of people. It hinders ability to hold onto leads. A lot of people poach customers and we're waiting for you to slip up. Quick turn cycle on customers, so building relationship was very different for me.
