      I'm going on four years at Nextiva and I can't tell you the amount of progress we've made. We continue to grow and it's feeling faster than ever right now. This is the second time I've come to glassdoor to write about Nextiva and I thought we were good back when I wrote the first review but today the company is far far better. Operations is in a better structure, sales has more balance, marketing is known for being the best in the industry, reliability has immensely stronger, the control panel is so much better than anything else out there, and I truly believe that the future is brighter than ever. I have no doubt that Nextiva will succeed. We are the fastest growing company in Arizona and it's not a fluke. I've referred three people to join Nextiva this year and they tell me how happy and excited they are about the company. Arizona does not have a better company headquartered here than Nextiva. NexTV is so awesome - a weekly show about company news and announcements. This month the company is supporting the Mayo Clinic and breast cancer research. Nextiva has great things going on. There were around 100 people in the company when I joined. Today it's much bigger but I'm still feeling like it is a family with a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      Things move insanely fast. Plans change and we sometimes learn about things in the last minute. I haven't seen a quiet moment. The amount of pressure and responsibility is much higher than most people would assume coming in. Nothing is simple and times get aggregating. The office is jam packed and while we are expanding the space it's getting tighter and tighter and parking is sometimes tough to find really close to the building. Ladies - don't plan on wearing heels everyday. The walk is sometimes from the building across the road, closer to the hotel. Anyone that arrives at 10am or later needs to walk.

      An honest breakdown

      Pros

      Nextiva has been a great company, flexible and competitive. The benefits offered are great and people even better. About 1x a month you can meet with c-level staff in a town hall type of setting. It's nice to see plans and have the QandA. I TOTALLY disagree with the review that suggest sexism. I'm also female and over the past 2 years have NEVER been subjected to this.

      Cons

      Yes, leads are low at the moment and we are all feeling a hit. Not knowing if you are going to get any good leads that week can take its toll. So be prepared to dig. I've also seen there be so many leads that reps drop the ball too, so nurture the ones you do get.

      Pros

      Culture, Opportunity, Product. The vision of the company is exciting and the next year looks extrememly encouraging. Its fun to work for a company where you get such frequent contact with the upper management team and CEO.

      Cons

      General pains of a company that is growing quickly. But nothing that concerning. Every company that is growing this quickly will encounter challeneges.
