      I've had the privilege of watching this company grow and grow. The staff is...incredible. We have so much fun as a team. The money is amazing and the company rewards its hardest working employees. The culture is unbeatable. This is a company that really wants to thrive and do well and it's showing.

      Cons

      Keep doing what you're doing, it's paying off.

      Over promised and under delivered

      Pros

      Great Director of Technologies, Marketing, VP, and developers! The people around me were mostly vibrant and loved to share knowledge with others.

      Cons

      The work was always done under the gun. Deadlines were mostly forced on you regardless of when you thought it would be done. Incentives like snacks, game room, etc, were slowly stripped away. The whole place is under a rush mentality that doesn't bode well for innovation. While I was there turn over in various departments was a known issue.

      Great Work Environment!

      Pros

      Nextiva has an excellent work environment. There are tons of perks working here such as free swag, meals, snacks, and awesome coworkers. Definitely a fun place to work and there are always team builders and events for employees to enjoy themselves. Company is still growing and so there is definitely room to grow and Nextiva always makes efforts to recognize outstanding employees.

      Cons

      Only thing is that sometimes the company spends so much money on things for employees that I hope they're keeping some of the money to pay the bills! Guess that's not really a bad thing if they've got money to spend on their employees.
