Pros

Great company atmosphere, comraderie, great management. Breakfast every Monday, Lunch every Friday, fun environment. Fun contests. Expect to gain weight from all of the free food! Great product - easy to sell. Opportunity for growth. Company is growing.

Cons

Monthly quota not always attainable - you are only as good as your last month. Base salary not enough to live on. Much attrition.
