Pros

My colleagues are cool to work with but many of them have become close friends of mine. This is my first time working for a company like this and I'm enjoying it. My drive is less than 15 minutes whereas before it took me 1 hour each way to get to work. The customers I work with are usually really awesome and I've learned about all different types of businesses. I can picture myself growing and being a part of Nextiva for a long time even though it's been less than a year. I'm thankful to the Lord for giving me this opportunity. Everyday is a blessing.

Cons

The office is starting to get full. Things in the office seem much busier than in July when I joined. Since I start later in the morning than most people, my parking spot isn't as close as others and I need to park further away.
