      Pros

      Great environment and everyone is approachable. When I hit the quota, I am stoked and the pay is good. We use our phone system. The office phones and computers are better than any other company I've worked at. Leads come in and there isn't a need to cold call. Other departments seem happy and the overall feeling is positive. Cool prizes. Good contests. Dress code is casual. Growing fast. Regular recognition for wins.

      Cons

      It's tough to organize my day. Things move really fast and I sometimes lose track. When I don't get to the monthly quota it's really tough to survive. I've been at Nextiva for 9 months out of training and have missed it twice. Training can step up. Hours can be longer than 40 in order to really crush it.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment and busy. My days go by really fast. The previous company I worked for used Nextiva so the transition was easier. I moved to Arizona from Chicago and knew very few people. I've met good friends here. Lots of people are willing to help each other. The product makes sense for businesses to use. It's better than the competitors. Potential to expand my responsibilities. Good training. Company super bowl game.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, especially on the busier days like Monday. Processes change often. Growing super fast. The fastest I've ever seen at a company. The area around my desk gets really loud. The hours are long. I can be at work all the time like 24 7 and work never ends. High pressure to perform well. Bathrooms get full sometimes.
