Pros

Really awesome company that loves to take care of its employees, awesome benefits that kick in almost immediately, very supportive management, paid training, several meals a week provided, positive work environment.

Cons

Very much corporately structured, raises and promotions are not given based on individual performance, strictly on time you've been working there. Very busy and stressful work environment, no guarantee you will get breaks/lunches. No wiggle room for personal request, everything has a corporate protocol

Pros

The upper management team is fantastic. I absolutely loved them and they are who is going to make this place a professional environment. The sales managers, not so much but I'll get into that under the cons. Great coffee, free lunches and breakfast were nice perks. Most other account executives are helpful and positive people. The training was very short in duration but encompassed enough to get you going. I was not micromanaged while there and was expected to put in my 8 hours, but nothing more unless I made the decision to stay longer. I was also able to choose my schedule which was nice. Benes were decent as well.

Cons

Let me preface this by saying, these are my cons. These may not be cons for other people but I wanted to share them nonetheless. The sales managers they currently have in place are young, can be immature, gruffy, somewhat unprofessional, lack articulation, and not very helpful. I didn't feel valued. I didn't receive the attention and feedback I felt I needed to get better in my role. I'll admit, I can be demanding but I tried very hard to be patient, the support just never came. My manager would rarely make eye contact with me! Seems insignificant but really, try asking someone a question or ask for advice and have them not make eye contact with you....you feel pretty unimportant. It is also true that it takes 6+ months to get decent leads. Until then, you are mining through garbage in sales force.
