      Nextiva is a company that welcomes your individual thoughts, life experiences and personal insights. They know that when a group of individuals come together as a team so much more can be accomplished. If you are a good team player, a loyal individual who wants your voice to be heard Nextiva is a great place to grow your career. The atmosphere at Nextiva is exciting. The company is not satisfied with Status Quoi. From the ownership of the company down, everyone is determined to do more and get better.

      Cons

      I have been at the company almost 2 years. I have never had a complaint about the company. I came from a Real Estate background where you pay to work for a company. Nextiva as a company has exceeded all of my expectations.

      Pros

      I have a voice to express my ideas at Nextiva. I do not feel that I am just a number. Management cares about my career growth. Also, I get recognized for my accomplishments at work. People are very friendly and everyone has a smile on their face working at Nextiva. It's the best company I've ever been at.

      Cons

      We get free lunches and I usually go overboard. There's always food in the office and sometimes I can't control myself.
