Pros
In my thirteen years in the communications industry I can say that I have found an organization that I am proud to be apart of. The culture of Nextiva provides an environment that enables a person to develop a career in Telecommunications. Senior management has a great ability to identify and develop talent within the organization and I have seen multiple people advance in short periods of time, including myself.
Cons
The only true con is the industry itself. Telecommunications is not for the faint of heart due to the urgency in providing continuous dial tone and services to our customer base. A day at Nextiva consists of multiple challenges and opportunities in education on our platform and industry. We strive for excellence in every department and it takes a lot of time and attention to detail in order to ensure we are delivering "Amazing Service" to our customers.
