My name is Adam and I only worked here for a month due to the role I took. To start I have to say, Wow! What an awesome company to work for. As I said in the headline, I believe the company has some problems. But the company also has so much potential, that when I saw the problems I got excited. Genuinely excited about the opportunity to be on the ground floor of fixing those problems. Sadly, I made the mistake of taking on the wrong role as I wanted to get into the company and was excited for any role that was offered to me. I had been in sales for the past 8 years and was looking for a change. Little did I know I really wanted to be off the phones in general and work directly with people whenever possible. My first and last day at the company were completely awesome and I do not regret my time there at all. I only regret taking the role which I did because I feel like this is one of the companies I could've seen myself at for a very long time. Looking back I do regret leaving. My sales skills have afforded me the ability to adapt to any role and with time and the right start I believe I could've done that. The biggest pro of my time at Nextiva was that when my family situation changed and I had to move to help support my parents, Nextiva were amazing in letting me work remotely while this was going on. They had the technology available to make it work, and supported me throughout that time. I was so grateful.
