      Smart people. Friendly atmosphere. Care for employees and the community. I like the company and what I learned.

      Cons

      Moves fast. One week at Nextiva is one month at another company. Pressure is high.

      Pros

      I'm not working at Nextiva anymore but did for more than 4 years. I had a great time. Saw the company go from being not well-known to one of the top company's. It was a rollercoaster ride all the time but an experience I loved and I'm grateful for. The friends I made are for life. I would tell people thinking of working there to do it. It's rare these days to find a company that's growing, cares, and has a bright future.

      Cons

      I can sit around and nitpick about everything in life and my times at Nextiva. But won't bore you with my stories. I went into Nextiva knowing nothing about phones or even technology. I was a financial analyst that wanted to get into technology. I learned and it was a great time.
