Awesome team environment and you know you're a part of a company that cares. You're not just a number. It's like having an extended family. At Nextiva, there's a commitment to the team and customers that you can feel when you get there. The concept of Amazing Service starts at the door, or on the phone, or in a chat - however you first connect with the company. And it means that our products help businesses succeed, and that every employee does what they can to help each other succeed.

Cons

Free breakfast? Wait - that's not a con. Nope, can't think of any. In fact, the atmosphere, benefits, and company events are all reasons that make you want to stay there. I guess if there's a con, it's that there aren't enough hours in the day, but that too is a reason to keep us coming back.

Pros

Nextiva has a very laid-back, no bull mentality. We work hard and play hard. Our extreme focus on the customer experience makes the job challenging but far more rewarding than any other average service job. We make providing great service fun, and there are daily and monthly incentives to be amazing (including food, cash, gifts and prizes).

Cons

To succeed here you have to be among the best of the best. Average doesn't cut it. I'm not sure that's really a con, unless you're looking for "just a paycheck." The bar has been raised, and the cream will rise. It's fun working with people who actually care about the work they produce.

Pros

Nextiva has an excellent culture of fun, high spirited employees and seems like everyone has a great attitude everyday. Team members are directly involved in projects, customer inquiries, customer collaboration efforts and other work-related activities. Nextiva often sponsors a variety of team building activities including ice breakers, soft ball, flag-football, ping pong competitions and other healthy lifestyle events. I have never worked at a company that makes Quality interactions with employees and customer's such a primary priority, but at Nextiva, the focus every day is Quality and effective solutions for customers. Nextiva also frequently provides lunch, snacks, drinks and finds ways to always improve on our daily working lives. Management is awesome and interactive with employees on multiple levels. Management & Executive management are always available with a "real" open-door policy and are always open to feedback and improvement. New-hire training for support Agents is a fun and exciting process, but requires you pass a test at the end of training. The good news is that all the information you need to pass the test is presented to you and easy to retain. The work environment is a beautiful building and the support team has views from the third floor looking directly at Camelback mountain. It is a very nice and clean environment to work in. All support representatives are provided their own desk and dual monitors. Nextiva does not require you share your space with other employees which allows me to express my personality and personalize my space. When agents receive positive feedback online, they are given an opportunity to create a short response video with Nextiva's marketing team to communicate back to the customer. What a great way to stay in touch with Nextiva customers and personalize the customer experience. That's Amazing Service!

I truly can think of none. I have chosen Nextiva as my company for long-term growth and career plans.
