      Work with cool people, growing fast. It's a place where everyone "gets" it. I love what I do.

      Can't think of any off the top of my head.

      Pros

      Working for a company like Nextiva gives me a huge sense of pride in my job. The atmosphere within the office is always positive, making it very easy to work with my co-workers and managers alike. Management always shows great respect to their employees, and you can tell they truly care about you as a person. Don't even get me started on the food! Besides the endless suppply of coffee, cereal, fruit, and snacks. We also have access to frozen yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, throughout the week along with an amazing catered meal on fridays. Overall, Nextiva makes you feel like you are an important part of something great.

      Cons

      (Really not a con at all)- There is a heavy work load with high expectations, which only brings out your true potential.

      Pros

      First and foremost Nextiva treats their employees like family, not like just another number. They are 100% focused on employee development at work and in their personal lives, Nextiva really cares. They want to make sure that people wake up in the morning and come to work happy, they want you to want to come to work because you love being here not because you have to. Plus they provide great pay, great benefits, free food and great perks!

      Cons

      I dont think there are any real cons of working for Nextiva, not any worth mentioning anyway.
