      Pros

      Working here is comfortable. I come in each day excited and I enjoy what I'm doing and who I work with. There's a very special team chemistry here. Everyone gets along very well here. If you're not passionate about amazing service and helping others, you won't survive. People that truly care for others perform the best here. I can't see Nextiva not continuing to grow like crazy and be a company that everyone want's to work at. There's a powerful movement going on. I get to be me.

      Cons

      Some processes and approaches to situations are odd at first. Coming from a more corporate working environment, I've had to adjust how i look at clients. Nextiva is all about giving customers and employees great service and that leads to approaches that don't make sense at first. If you're stuck in a specific way of thinking, you will have a tough time succeeding.

      Pros

      No red tape. Nothing fake. I've been here for 2 years and I was going to write this review a year ago but decided to wait and see how my view of Nextiva would change over time. Well, I've grown to appreciate this company even more. Things like Build-a-thon, ping pong tournament and free food are nice, but Nextiva is truly special because there is no hierarchy like a big company. I see my impact daily.

      Cons

      Cons - Release cycles take longer than I'd like to see. It's weird. Some things move quick, some things take time. Priorities can change quickly.

      Pros

      Free food, comfortable office environment, clean workspace, good location, perks are endless. It's like a startup culture. Not like a big ma bell. This can be a plus or a minus. I consider it a plus. Tight knit group of people.

      Cons

      I feel like I'm working in a silo at times but on the other hand there's lots of freedom.
