      I've had friends move here to work at Nextiva

      Pros

      Two of my friends moved to Scottsdale, just to work at Nextiva. After hearing what I've been doing with Nextiva, they moved, and I can speak for both of them that it's been awesome. Scottsdale is an easy place to live and the perks that come with working at Nextiva aren't like any other company I've seen. I recommend working here if you live in this area and if you don't.

      Cons

      Lot's going on. What seems like the plan today, may not be the plan tomorrow. In order to succeed it takes flexibility and some people find this challenging.

      Pros

      Growing fast with lots of opportunity. Smart people that care about the company and customer. Hard working people all around. Clean, new, and modern office. Always food around and big desks.

      Cons

      This is my fourth job in about 15 years working and I can say that there are no cons. At least nothing worth writing about.

      Pros

      Nextiva is hands down the best company that I have every worked for. It is honestly like a big family, I am always excited to go to work and see my co-workers. Management treats all of their employees with the utmost respect and appreciates insights into how to improve the customer experience. Many of the companies that I have worked for get complacent in their product offers, but at Nextiva the management is always reinvesting in their products as well as their employees. The benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      I have gained weight from all the snacks which are restacked everyday, as well as free catered breakfast, lunches and yogurt thoughout the week.
