      Pros

      Open minds and creativity are welcomed on a daily basis here. The job function is flexible and consistently improving. The people are friendly and motivated. The atmosphere is incredibly engaging-I'm talking food, music, out-of-office parties, contests, events, and more. There is catered food 3 days/week and always some event to look forward to.

      Cons

      The pace of work is rigorous and challenging. There are several tasks/projects to work on at any given time.

      Pros

      The work environment is awesome. There's no strict or "corporate" dress code and the people I work with are great. In three years with Nextiva, I feel like I've seen this company grow to a size that was unimaginable yet it feels like a small office that works hard. My colleagues are smart and I met my fiance here. Truly the best company I have ever worked for. Amazing service is a great motto.

      Cons

      Things can move too fast at times. The growing customer base makes it super hard to keep things very personal, but I do see lots of people trying. Not the highest paying company, but the overall benefits and quality of environment is great.

      Pros

      While working at Nextiva not only have I gotten the utmost respect, but I feel as if my superiors are also my friends. We receive free catered lunches and breakfast and have a room dedicated to relaxing between business that has a pool table and table tennis. This place is like heaven, and coming to work actually is enjoyable when you are working with what feels like a giant family.

      Cons

      Some times we are out of paper water cups, but don't worry--they offer FREE glass mugs and hard plastic cups in return.
