Pros

Working at Nextiva has many perks. 3 days of catered meals, a game room, challenging tasks, hard working associates, a genuine product and honest management. The management team cares about each person's individual success and encourages them to grow as employees and people. They only hire people who fit in with the company eliminating the possibility of outcasts. With everyone having a similar work ethic and great personalities working together, it has allowed for a great work environment.

Cons

If you are in customer service, at times, customers can be difficult to work with. Nextiva sets you up with all of the tools you need in order to provide the amazing service that we pledge but that does not always mean you can please everyone. We all certainly do our best though.

Pros

-The company is filled with smart people. There's never a quiet or boring moment, and there's always something to do. -The culture of Amazing Service is real and you see it in action everyday. -The product Nextiva offers has real-life value for people. Businesses rely on their phones and Nextiva does a great job supporting it. -The food in the office is awesome. -I've made cool friends working here. -There's a clear path for growth and management is in the same office. -Nextiva feels like a small company even though we are adding people each week. -Easygoing people that are great to be surrounded by. -I've learned more at Nextiva than I have at any other place I've worked, combined.

Cons

-There's pressure to perform well. If you're having a bad day, it can hurt you. -Communication can be vague at times. -More group and team building programs.

Pros

This company loves showing it cares for its employees. We have lunch every Friday. There is Frozen Yogurt every Monday. They are always doing something to show their appreciation for employees. Best of all it's a growing industry with a lot of possibilities.

Cons

This job requires multi-tasking skills, along with excellent Customer Service skills. If you have problems providing amazing Customer Service this job isn't for you. There also might be situations where you are required to put in overtime.
