      Pros

      My colleagues are smart and friendly people. There is nothing bad I can say about Nextiva. Every person here works hard and cares about our customers. I feel like the entire office is in it together and wants to push amazing service. The benefits are good, I wouldn't mind more pay and don't know anyone that wouldn't want more. But my manager always takes care of me and wants the best for my career. I've been at Nextiva for a year and it feels like 5. Every day is super busy and things move quick. The office is big, fun and there's good food!

      Cons

      I can't say anything bad. Nothing comes to mind. This has been the best place I've ever worked bar none.

      Pros

      Huge passion for customers and amazing service. Feels like I work with a big group of my friends, they're not just my coworkers. There's a good opportunity for growth. Things move quickly and I notice how the company is evolving. Shirts, food, out of the office programs.

      Cons

      Work hours can be longer than expected at times. I've talked to rude customers at times. Usually people are very nice and fun to speak with, but there are times where we all can get a call from someone that is rude.

      Pros

      We are growing and growing fast. This week I think there were over 20 people added to the team. The people that make it through training and join Nextiva are awesome. It's a positive atmosphere and a really nice office. Amazing service is a motto I see every day. People treat each other well here and I think we do a good job of taking care of customers. I also need to mention the food. There's always awesome food around the office and I love it. I've told 3 friends to work here, they all interviewed but one of them got hired. He likes it here as well.

      Cons

      It gets stressful when there are lots to do in a day. With the growing team, you have to remember that there are many people that have your back. If you go in with the mindset that you're alone, then you may not make it. Remember to utilize the people around you, especially those that have been at Nextiva for a long time. This company has lots of great people and you need to take advantage of the tools and people around.
