Pros

The technology is good, the perks are good(free food, coffee, snacks, whatever you want), The people and culture are awesome. This company is going places, you can either hop on or watch from the sidelines.

Cons

This place might not be for you if you don't like a fast paced and always evolving companies. Lots of changes happen often. Some processes and procedures can run more efficiently, but that's probably why things change a lot.

Decent base pay and you’re not doing much.

Cons

Inbound is only channel where the hybrid team books any meetings and that has gone to 0 recently. Outbound is not figured out at all and no support or development.
