      Great place to grow

      Pros

      Its a great place to grow as human and as engineer. We get a lot of opportunities and good upper mangement

      Cons

      They can fire people without a lot of notice with a blink of an eye if you are not useful. Communication with cross functional team is quite bad

      Great entry point to tech sales and marketing

      Pros

      The BDR team has a heavy investment from leadership to make them AE's and members of marketing in the future. I received extensive training and worked closely with management during my time there. Great team culture and fun team events across the BDR team.

      Cons

      There's a disconnect between the Business Development department and other teams.
