      Pros

      I'm seriously so happy to be here. It has been a really great experience from day 1. Everyone is so nice, helpful and fun regardless if they are local in office or remote. It's only been 6 months but it feels like I have been here for a while. The job itself is challenging but in a very good way. I really hope this will be my place of employment for a long time.

      Cons

      Same challenges as most larger companies. There are a lot of different processes and systems in place that could be better streamlined. The complexity of managing multiple systems decreases productivity.

      I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first—some of the reviews online had me concerned. But since joining Nextiva, every doubt has been completely put to rest. The here management is incredibly supportive, the training is thorough, and the tech stack is exactly what I need to succeed. The people here are amazing—genuine, driven, and always willing to help. Support is in abundance, and for the first time in a long time, I truly feel at home. The Scottsdale HQ is beautiful, and the culture is one that fosters growth and collaboration. Nextiva is a place I see myself at for years to come.

      Cons

      nothing as of yet. Everything seems to be better than I imagined.
