Pros

You’ll work with a team of highly professional and dedicated coworkers who genuinely care about delivering a quality product. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and mutual support within teams. The company offers flexible time off and promotes the use of modern technologies, including AI and other productivity tools, which can be great for staying current and exploring innovative solutions.

Cons

The company has gone through several reorganizations in the past couple of years, resulting in frequent layoffs and a lack of stability. The entire QA team was dismantled, with members pushed to transition into developer roles. Unfortunately, even making that transition does not guarantee job security. There are minimal growth opportunities for QA professionals, and overall career development feels uncertain. Each quarter feels like a layoff lottery, which creates a high-stress environment. Constant fear of job loss takes a serious toll on mental health, making it difficult to focus or feel secure in your role.

Pros

1. Excellent opportunities to grow not just as an engineer but also to take up leadership responsibilities early on. 2. Exposure to the latest technologies keeps your skillset sharp and relevant. 3. Flexible work timings and a hybrid work culture provide a good level of autonomy. 4. Supportive colleagues and managers create a collaborative and positive work environment. 5. The company often considers individual ideas, especially when they can benefit product development.

Cons

1. Linear career growth — individual performance and dedication are not always reflected in growth opportunities. 2. While work-life balance is good in theory, it can frequently be disrupted by unrealistic deadlines and overcommitment. 3. Minimal team-building activities, which can impact team bonding and culture. 4. No additional perks or bonuses apart from the salary, which may affect long-term retention and motivation.
