Fast-Paced and High Pressure: Like many tech companies, things move fast. This can sometimes lead to burnout if not managed carefully. It's not a con, but it's something to consider.

The culture here is phenomenal, everyone is very nice and always willing to help even though we are always busy! All C-suite level execs are extremely kind and continuously work to reach Nextiva's vision.
