      - Flexible hours - Exciting projects - Awesome people - This is a place for the ambitious and hard working.

      Cons

      It’s hard to take time off. Not because it’s not “allowed” but just because it’s busy and I don’t want to miss out or let the team down.

      I am growing and learning at a much faster pace at Nextiva compared to my old job.

      Cons

      It’s hard to prioritize as there is so much to do in a day. This is something that management is aware of and helping us with but it’s still a challenge for now.
