I love working here! The company is great to there employees. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, with a willingness for others to succeed.

Cons

The environment that Nextiva has created allows you to enjoy each other and customers. The benefits, the culture, what the company believes, etc. is all the best of the best.

Great benefits, good for families.

Pros

I am a new Dad and my first concern when starting with Nextiva was that I wanted to have some more flexibility and balance in my work hours. My manager was really good about this and I’ve been able to be there for my son and wife while still fulfilling my job responsibilities. It’s been great!

Cons

Timelines get pushed, a lot. I am used to hitting my deadlines and I feel that sometimes others are not as committed. This means launch deadlines are pushed out and it can be frustrating. I don’t know how to avoid this, as it was a problem at my old job too but sometimes it really gets to me.

Pros

I like the fact that I have some work that is repeated and some work that is new and more a creative challenge. I have a good balance in my role and I’m usually pretty engaged and interest in what I’m doing each day. I have great team members and I’m genuinely interested in my work.

Cons

I don’t have a lot of spare time to think. I am pulled into conversations that I’m not always prepared for and while that’s exciting and I like to be included, it’s hard to stay on top of goals and know exactly what is expected.
