Pros

colleagues can be friendly sometimes

Cons

they pay garbage, lay offs without notice, they continue to add on responsibilities with no pay increase, annual raises are laughable, no chance of growth if you do not work in AZ, they micromanage and the managers are robotic (have no empathy).

Pros

Its 100% work from home

Cons

Its call center with not enough employees there was never down time queues were insane, they for whatever reason had tech support doing everything including sales, billing issues, etc. we faced all the backlash from the users while sales teams got commissions for selling the wrong things. no room for growth either
